We are now looking for an inside sales representative who will be responsible for selling fresh fish and seafood to customers in the grocery trade via phone. The position is based at our head office in the fish harbor of Gothenburg.

About the role

As an inside sales representative, you are a key person in our business. You proactively work with telephone sales to existing and new customers, take orders, and ensure that our customers receive the right assortment, quality, and delivery – every day.

Your responsibilities

• Active telephone sales of fresh fish and seafood to stores in the grocery trade
• Daily customer contact and relationship building
• Advising on assortment, campaigns, and seasonal products
• Order placement and follow-up
• Collaboration with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in sales, preferably B2B or in the grocery trade
• Enjoys using the phone as the primary working tool
• Is driven, structured, and business-minded
• Has good communication skills and enjoys building long-term customer relationships
• It is a plus if you have knowledge of fish, seafood, or fresh products
• Loves to work in a fast-paced environment
• Is a team player
