The current assignment is located at Stenungsund's contact center. In this role, you will provide information and guidance about the municipality's services to individuals. The introduction will initially take place at the reception, where you will greet visitors and answer their questions on-site or via email. After training in the reception, you will also receive training in telephony, where you will handle incoming calls.

Everyone who contacts the service needs clear information and the best possible service. Therefore, it is important that you have a responsive, professional, and service-oriented approach. The work involves handling many different types of cases and questions, which provides good opportunities for both personal and professional development. The position is educational and also offers opportunities for further development, making it a valuable and merit-worthy part-time job.

The position is part-time with an immediate start and includes paid training. Working hours are scheduled during weekdays, Monday to Friday, approximately from 07:30 to 16:00. To be eligible for the position, you need to be able to work 2-3 shifts per week and be flexible to step in at short notice. During holidays and Christmas breaks, we would like you to have the opportunity to work more shifts.

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but will work on behalf of our client.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who wants to provide the municipality's citizens with the highest quality service and who enjoys a role where you can help and guide people. You have a genuine commitment to service and meet each individual in a professional and attentive manner. You express yourself very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and communicate clearly and pedagogically. Since the work involves handling several different systems, it is important that you have good computer skills. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

For the position, it is required that you either study or have another main occupation of at least 50%. It is an advantage if you are studying political science, economics, social work, or another education that we consider equivalent, and we would like you to have at least one year left of your studies. You need to be able to work 2-3 shifts per week and have the opportunity to work full-time during the summer.
