Parental Substitute Position until August 1, 2027

We are now looking for an engaged, structured, and solution-oriented coordinator who wants to be a key person in the school's daily life during a parental substitute position. Our coordinator is an important part of the school's hub – where administration, service, student contact, and coordination meet.

About the Role

As a coordinator, you will work broadly and variably with administration, student administration, IT support, service, coordination, and events. The role requires both structure and flexibility, independence, and collaboration skills. You are often the one who makes everyday life work – for students, staff, and guardians.

Examples of Work Areas (may vary depending on profile):

• Administrative service – handling the school's email, purchases, mail, error reports, and contact with suppliers.
• Student and IT administration – responsible for SchoolSoft, student registrations, grades, SL cards, as well as IT support such as inventory and ordering of computers, error reports, warranty cases, billing of student computers, and password changes.
• Coordination – of e.g. retakes, NP, substitutes, student lists, lockers, and new students.
• Events and marketing – responsible for social media and coordination of open houses, trial days, fairs, and student ambassadors.
• Flexible resource in everyday life – you are comfortable collaborating with both students and staff, and you are happy to step in where needed, e.g. to start a lesson in a classroom during sickness absence, handle practical matters, or contribute to a good atmosphere in the staff room.

• Enjoys coordinating, planning, and following up
• Is service-oriented and unpretentious – you gladly do “the little extra”
• Has a relational and inclusive approach towards students and colleagues

Previous experience in a school or educational activity is an advantage.

• Substitute position at 80-100% (depending on profile)
