One of our management coordinators will be on parental leave from April 2025 until summer 2026. We are now looking for someone to be her substitute. Welcome to our fantastic colleagues and office in Västerås!

About the job You will work with contract writing/registration, operational settlements, invoice management, and other administrative tasks. You will collaborate closely with assistant and commercial managers, technical managers, property managers, business area managers, as well as our central finance function.

About you You find joy in helping others and thrive in an administrative and coordinating role. You are self-driven and good at prioritizing and organizing your workday. You have a few years of experience in a role within finance/administration. We believe you have knowledge of rental legislation and contract law. You also have very good system skills and are proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Other The position is a temporary position for about 15 months, with a desired start date of April 1, 2025, or according to agreement, based in Västerås. A B driver's license is required as there may be travel to our office in Uppsala.
