About the Position:

Responsibilities:

As a customer representative, you will daily receive phone calls to take bookings, provide advice, and create quotes. Additionally, you will interact with customers in person to answer their questions and serve as a link between the customer and the workshop. The job also includes using various digital systems, so it is important that you have good computer skills. This is a full-time position with working hours during office hours.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in service and having daily customer contact.
Good computer skills and preferably experience with various systems.
Manual driving license (automatic may work).
Ability to express yourself well verbally and easily communicate with customers as well as colleagues.

Meritorious:

Previous experience in tires or cars.
