About the Role of Operational Planner

As an operational planner, you will have a key role in coordinating and optimizing planning processes. You will work closely with the teams for material planning as well as production and warehouse managers. Communication with key stakeholders is central, and you are expected to act as the link between different parts of the organization to ensure smooth planning.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Capacity planning as well as short- and long-term production planning.
• Daily meetings with stakeholders to update and maintain delivery dates, as well as escalate deviations when production plans change.
• Ordering materials from third-party suppliers (3PL).
• Troubleshooting and handling invalid production orders.

The Candidate We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, we see that you have previous experience in production planning or roles within the supply chain. You are used to working in ERP systems and feel comfortable handling large amounts of data. Your communication skills and solution-oriented approach contribute to improving and streamlining planning processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in production planning or roles within the supply chain.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP 4.0/Hana is a plus).
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple processes simultaneously.
