ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Business Development Manager at Storopack, you will play a central role in driving sales with a focus on the Mälar region, central Sweden, and Finland. You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting and customer visits to negotiations and closing deals. Together with our customers and resellers, you will create long-term partnerships and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.
In this role, you will work both independently and in close collaboration with your colleagues in Sweden. You will report to the Sales Manager in Sweden and work from your home office with regular travel primarily within the Mälar region, but also to other parts of the country and within the Nordic region.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Having overall responsibility for the entire relationship and collaboration with your customers, including budgeting and ensuring that sales and revenue targets are met.
- Developing existing customer relationships and, through proactive sales efforts combined with a strong customer service focus, continuously establishing new partnerships.
- Providing advice and consultation, where you use your expertise to help customers find the best solutions with Storopack’s products.
- Staying updated on market trends and the competitive landscape to act proactively and make strategic decisions.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and enjoys a consultative sales role where you are constantly finding new solutions. You have strong social skills, are responsible, and are driven by building long-term relationships. With a strong inner drive, you are motivated by influencing and seeing clear results. You are service-oriented and communicate effectively both internally and externally to be successful in your role.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have a technical interest and previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the sale of services or solutions to the industry. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and hold a B driver's license.
