As an administrator and order manager, you will be the vital link between the client's sales team and their customers. You will juggle everything from order registration to delivery follow-up, all with a creative touch!

About you

Formal qualifications

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma and a technical understanding, which is the foundation for excelling in the role of order manager. You need experience in order management and business systems like SAP and Salesforce. To succeed in this dynamic environment, you should be a skilled problem solver, have an eye for detail, and be efficient in your work. Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are essential for communicating seamlessly with our customers and colleagues.

Desirable

It is advantageous if you have previously worked in an international environment where you managed deliveries to factories across Europe. Experience in adapting to changing customer needs during the process is also a significant advantage. If you are also used to collaborating with different people and have an energetic and proactive attitude, you will fit perfectly into our organized and engaged project support team.
