About the job

In your role with us, you will primarily work with customer interaction and sales over the phone and digital channels. You will be there to guide customers with new policies, changes in existing insurance matters, and above all, ensure they receive the best possible assistance based on their entire needs. In this way, you will play an important role with us and in society. Together, we contribute to our customers' security, financial stability, and future. Who are you?

To be considered for the position, you need to:

Be a student at a university or college or studying another post-secondary education, e.g., vocational training, higher vocational education, or folk high school.
Be able to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Experience in customer interaction and service is an advantage.
Be able to start working no later than March 11 in connection with the start of your education.

You will receive training for about 6 weeks, which will take place at our office in central Västerås. The training starts on March 11 and will be scheduled for afternoons and evenings to fit with your studies.
