About the RoleAre you a service star who loves meeting people and creating a welcoming atmosphere? Then this could be the right role for you!
We are now looking for a new and motivated receptionist to join our team in a busy office building in the heart of the city. You will be employed by us at Middlepoint and work alongside your colleagues to deliver first-class service to the building's tenants and visitors.
Your new workplace is characterized by the dynamic and international urban environment around you, where your team with warm and personal hospitality is responsible for creating an attractive and stimulating atmosphere in two staffed reception areas. In your role as a receptionist, you invite people to pause - perhaps for a pleasant conversation or a good cup of coffee that you conjure up!
You are a central part of the daily operations and service delivery, and the role is both independent and varied. You will, among other things:
Welcome visitors and represent the building
Provide coffee from our espresso machine to sleepy colleagues
Manage access cards and access
Coordinate events in the building
Handle bookings and orders
Support your colleagues in both receptions
Plan events
Who are you?
You are an engaged and solution-oriented person with a genuine interest in service. You are self-driven, organized, and confident in taking your own initiatives. At the same time, you are warm in your approach and have a knack for creating and spreading a welcoming environment and good atmosphere. To succeed in the role, you are used to taking responsibility for your tasks and have a flexible attitude towards helping where it is needed most at the moment. We see it as a great advantage if you have previous barista experience and an interest in coffee!
Requirements for the Role
Previous experience in a service role (e.g., reception, retail, or similar)
Fluent in Swedish and English
Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
Quick learner when it comes to new systems
About the Employment
Start: Beginning of January
Extent: Full-time 100%, Monday–Friday office hours
Employment Type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period
A background check will be conducted during the process and prior to a potential employment.
