In this role, you will work for our client in Gränbystaden and be employed as a Service Manager with us at Middlepoint. Here we have established a meeting place for the center's visitors where you will help develop the service delivery and represent the center in a professional manner. In the role of receptionist, you will work in a wonderful team of two and provide information, guidance, and a high level of service to everyone you meet.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Responsible for delivering world-class service to all visitors

• Gift card sales

• Answering questions about the center's facilities and stores

• Administrative work in various systems, email, and phone

• Shared responsibility for back office and logistics

• Training of new staff

Who are you?We believe you are a true service star who is passionate about personal interactions and loves working with people. You are flexible, unpretentious, and approach your tasks with joy. We see that you are an energetic person with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a team. You have previous experience in service and have worked with the Office suite, as well as being fluent in Swedish and English.
