YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE

We are now looking for a full-time coordinator for a consulting assignment at AMF Fastigheter – one of Sweden's largest property companies with commercial properties in Stockholm and Sundbyberg. At AMF Fastigheter, you will have the opportunity to work with exciting urban development projects and properties together with the city's stakeholders and partners, thus creating the places where people want to be.

Your working hours will be divided between AMF Fastigheter's award-winning and brain-friendly office in the city center and other hubs in Stockholm.

YOUR ROLE

You will be part of a wonderful service team of four people, where you together are responsible for both internal and external service. No day is like the other here – and that’s exactly what makes the job so fun! Your tasks include:

  • Welcoming visitors and colleagues at the reception

  • Maintaining contact and follow-up with AMF Fastigheter's suppliers

  • Responsible for purchasing office supplies, physical work environment, etc. at the client's 5 different offices in Stockholm and Sundbyberg

  • Managing and administering meeting room bookings, chiropractor appointments, farewell parties, birthday treats, and breakfast bookings

  • Being aware of the budget and following up on costs

  • Handling mail and keys

  • Assisting with events at the office/mood lab

  • Answering calls via fault reporting and switchboard

  • Assisting and participating in various corporate activities

  • Being part of the company's onboarding and offboarding process

  • Responsible for office furniture and other items belonging to the office

  • Ensuring, together with IT and security, that both the digital and physical work environment provides the right support to all employees

  • General tasks related to the office

  • Two years of work experience in a reception role or Office Manager position

  • Can express yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Have very good knowledge of the Office suite
