As a teacher in after-school care or leisure educator, you make a significant difference for the student. You are present throughout the day and get a comprehensive view of how the student and the group function in the classroom and in after-school activities. This provides fantastic opportunities to analyze the student's needs, and for you as an educator, the opportunity to work with activities that strengthen the student and the group in their schooling and leisure activities. It creates a positive community and more eyes that see each child from different perspectives.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Innovitaskolan Södertälje is looking for a driven and positive teacher for after-school care or leisure educator who puts the students at the center. We want you to be curious and solution-oriented. You have the ability to create interest and a desire to learn, and you meet each student where they are. You are engaged in your students' development and want to be part of driving the development work around after-school care at the school. You are a clear leader with a good ability to plan, implement, and evaluate the work around leisure and break activities. You inspire joy in work and, through close leadership, contribute to development.

Creating good relationships with students and colleagues is a natural part of your everyday life. You place great importance on creating security and promoting students' social development, cooperation skills, and self-esteem. You think it is important to actively collaborate with guardians, class teachers, and other staff for a holistic view of each student.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with qualifications for work in after-school care or leisure educator. You are a secure adult who is passionate about creating engagement among our students. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in after-school care, school activities, or with children and youth.
