TP Förskolor AB currently operates 33 preschools in nine municipalities.

We are a private company that, with well-educated and socially competent educators, conducts developing preschool activities that include care, play, and learning in a creative environment for children aged 1-5 years.

We are now looking for a qualified childcare worker with experience for a position of 35-40 hours/week at the Åsögatan 109 preschool.

Åsögatan 109 is a preschool with two departments located centrally in Södermalm. We have a nice inner courtyard for play and teaching, but we also move around the local area with the children. We work project-oriented based on the book “Who Sees Dim?” and in the Skorpan department, where we are now looking for a childcare worker, the children are very interested in and exploring different types of building constructions.

We collaborate closely with our sister preschools within the company in Södermalm in the form of a five-year group, APT, and various educational initiatives.

It is an advantage if you have experience in documenting children's learning as well as holding development talks and parent meetings.

A childcare worker education and fluent Swedish in both speech and writing are required.

Start date February 2026 or by agreement.

• Childcare worker education (required)

• A clear child focus

• Good knowledge of children's needs, development, and learning

• A clear understanding of what our mission entails (good knowledge of Lpfö 18)

• The ability to translate theory into practice

• Good collaboration skills

• The ability to express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing

• The ability to use digital tools in daily work
