Personal Assistant Needed in Stockholm, Vällingby

We are currently looking for a personal assistant as needed for a woman in Stockholm, Vällingby. We seek someone with a strong commitment to individuals with disabilities.

Our client needs help with most daily activities such as personal care and hygiene, assistance with mobility during all activities inside and outside the home. The client is also limited in verbal communication, so patience is required in conversations with the client, allowing them the time to express themselves.

As an assistant, you are the client's extended arm in daily life.

The working hours for this assignment are approximately 8 AM to 5 PM and 10 AM to 8 PM. The position may involve evening, weekend, and weekday work.

We only wish to receive applications from female candidates for this assignment, and it is preferred that you have experience in care work. The client moves around the home with the help of a wheelchair.

You need to master the Swedish language fluently in both speech and writing.

Your other tasks include:
Job-related tasks. This can range from individualized care to household chores. Assistance is primarily provided in the client's home but also during outdoor activities. You will work supportively and motivationally. Training will be provided on-site by a relative and through Monument Assistans.

The client's relative will be involved in the selection process and will have access to the applications.
