Hattstugan Montessori Preschool in Täby is seeking a dedicated and responsible educator for a parental leave substitute starting 2026-03-02. The position is full-time or by agreement.

About the position

We are now looking for a childcare worker for a full-time substitute position. You will be part of an engaged team and work in a group of children (ages 3–6). In your daily work, you will create secure relationships with the children and contribute to their development and learning in accordance with our educational values.

Position details:

• Employment type: Substitute
• Extent: Full-time, 100%
• Start date: March 2, 2026, or by agreement

We are looking for someone who

• Is a qualified childcare worker or has equivalent educational training
• Has a genuine interest in children's development and learning
• Is flexible, responsible, and has good collaboration skills
• Contributes to a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable learning environment

Meritorious:

• Experience working in preschool or childcare
• Education in child and leisure or pedagogy
• Familiarity with or experience in Montessori pedagogy (not a requirement)
