We are a small preschool unit located at Högbergsgatan 48 in the heart of Södermalm. The preschool accommodates 30 children and 6+1 educators. We have two age-divided groups; younger and older, and we are now looking for an additional childcare worker who wants to work with us and the younger children aged 1-3 years, with special responsibility for the three-year group.

We are looking for cheerful, energetic childcare workers who have a very high work ethic and love children!

You should be flexible in your work, responsible, have good pedagogical skills, and be able to collaborate easily with colleagues and parents. Childcare education is highly meritorious, although great importance is placed on personal suitability and previous experience working in preschools.

You should be able to plan, implement, and evaluate activities in accordance with the goals in the Preschool Curriculum and the principal's stated goals for the operation. You should be well-versed in, and work according to, the Preschool Curriculum.

You should have the ability to see a clear and distinct child perspective, maintain good and close contact with colleagues and guardians, as well as the ability to plan, follow up, and document the work in the children's group.

We document both quality assurance for the operation, but also through the children's digital portfolios and regular documentation on our intranet and preschool app.

You will participate in all our activities as well as joint meetings with the work team, parent meetings, and parent conversations.

You will also handle pedagogical documentation, etc., so we are looking for someone with previous experience working in a preschool and who masters the Swedish language correctly in both speech and writing.

The position is part-time (75%) and is available from March 1, or by agreement.
