Previous experience in similar work or relevant education is an advantage, but the greatest emphasis will be placed on personal suitability as the position involves very close cooperation with the customer.

The client is a boy who lives with his family and several siblings. The work is performed where the client is located – at home, in the hospital, at preschool, or during other activities. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible and comfortable in different environments.

The boy has a tracheostomy and requires close care and supervision. Experience is an advantage, but you will receive training from us regardless of previous experience.

The client has double assistance, which means you will work together with a colleague. Therefore, it is very important that you have good collaboration skills and can communicate professionally in a team.

• Speaks fluent Arabic and Swedish (requirement)

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement. Other compensations are according to collective agreements.

Before employment at Vivant Assistans

For employment at Vivant Assistans, you must have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Vivant Assistans is that you can present valid ID and/or submit a personal certificate and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
