The Guldfällen Foundation provides care services at the biodynamic educational farm Skillebyholm, located outside Järna. We are inspired by social therapy and work based on KASAM (Sense of Coherence), clarifying pedagogy, and a low-affective approach. We are now seeking residential support workers for our housing with special services for adults, according to the LSS Act (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), Section 9.

We are looking for you who want to get to know, understand, and become part of another person's life, driven by a "care mindset." You are interested in understanding the reasons behind different behaviors and can handle challenging situations of various kinds. The role involves supporting and motivating an individual with everything related to daily life, based on the individual's needs, conditions, and wishes. The goal of your work is to contribute to the individual's increased independence, quality of life, and ability to live like others.

A key part of the job is building relationships and creating trust.

We work in a structured manner to ensure clarity and predictability, which creates a sense of security for the residents. This means you need to follow routines and schedules carefully.

You must be able to work independently, take responsibility, and make decisions on your own, while also adhering to the organization's structure and methods. As a person, you are calm, flexible, and solution-oriented. You collaborate easily and enjoy contributing to the whole.

You should be educated as a social pedagogue, care assistant, or nursing assistant, and have previous experience supporting individuals with neuropsychiatric functional variations. Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as a valid driver's license, are required.
