We are now looking for a secure, warm, and engaged female personal assistant for a 48-year-old woman with autism and epilepsy – a role where you truly make a difference, every day.

💛 About the role

You will be an important support in her daily life, contributing to structure, calm, and security. She lives in her own apartment and needs help planning, carrying out, and following her daily routines.

The week includes among other things:

• Horse riding on Mondays 🐎 (you accompany as support)
• Day activities Tuesday–Friday
• Activities both inside and outside the home

You always work together with another assistant (double assistance), which makes collaboration and communication particularly important.

As a personal assistant, you are more than just support – you are a secure point in her life. You help create a stable and predictable daily life, while also contributing to joy, motivation, and development.

👤 Who we are looking for

We place great importance on personal chemistry and are looking for someone who is:

• Attentive, patient, and responsible
• Confident in yourself and able to take initiative
• Pedagogical in your way of supporting
• Social and flexible

You must be:

• Non-smoker
• Not allergic to horses or dogs
• Swimming capable
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Preferably between 35–55 years of age

Experience in personal assistance is meritorious, but your personality and commitment weigh the most.

• Scope: Full-time (100%)
