About me
I am a 23-year-old guy living in my own apartment. I am creative, enjoy music and animals, and currently focus heavily on rehabilitation, exercise, and meaningful activities in daily life.
It is important to me to have assistants who can cheer me on, motivate me, and support me in challenging myself and taking steps forward. I need assistance with all aspects of daily living, such as personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, cooking, and other household chores.

About you:
I am looking for someone who is active, enjoys moving around, and is happy to join me on walks and workouts. It is a plus if you are creative and enjoy engaging in crafts or creative activities.
As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and responsible. You are empathetic, caring, and easy to collaborate with, but can also work independently when the situation requires it. You need to be attuned to my needs while contributing positive energy and motivation to daily life.

On-call duties:
This position includes an extended (and compensated) on-call assignment, meaning that during certain weeks you must be reachable outside of regular working hours to call in a substitute or step in yourself if intervention is required. This is Assistans i Balans's way of ensuring that our clients always have a familiar assistant by their side. The on-call duty is shared among all assistants working on a regular schedule.

The position:
It is a part-time position at 80%. The work consists of 12-hour shifts, either day or awake night, and occasionally some weekends, on a rotating schedule. To be employed, you must present a valid ID, a certificate of no criminal record (utdrag ur polisregistret), and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden.
