About the position

We at Bonzi are looking for new colleagues who want to work as personal assistants with varying employment levels (25–75%) for our client living in Södertälje. As a personal assistant, you are an important support in the client's daily life. Your workplace is where the client is, and the work is characterized by presence and attentiveness. You need to be able to read situations and stay one step ahead.

Note: The client is only seeking female assistants.

Responsibilities:

• Support in daily routines.
• Accompany on everyday activities.

The position involves varying shifts on weekdays and weekends:

• Weekdays: 07:30–21:00 (with the possibility of splitting into two shifts).
• Weekends: 09:00–22:00 (with the possibility of splitting into two shifts).

About the client

The client is an 18-year-old girl with an interest in animals and crafts. She needs your help as an assistant in her daily life due to a mental disability. You need to be attentive, able to read situations, and stay one step ahead to create safety and structure.

Are you the one we are looking for?

You are empathetic, socially aware, and have a good ability to understand others' situations. As a person, you are solution-oriented, take initiative, are responsible, and reliable.

Important to know: There are animals in the home (rabbit, dog, and cat), so you must not be allergic to them.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Driver's license and access to a personal car.
• Previous experience working with individuals with self-harming behavior.

Requirements:

• Interest and ability to participate in craft activities.

Scope: 2 positions with varying employment levels (25–75%) plus 1 substitute as needed.

Start date: Interviews are conducted continuously, and positions can be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

Since the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

It is important to order these extracts well in advance, as the Police's processing time may vary. Due to a legal change effective March 1, 2026, the register check is expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register.
