We are looking for an assistant who retains a childlike spirit but is also a responsible adult capable of creating a sense of security for our client, an 8-year-old boy.

About the position

Our client lives with his family in Sollentuna, just outside of Stockholm. He is a very social, lively, and happy boy who loves animals, singing, playing music, and going on outings. You will receive individualized introduction and training regarding all aspects of the client's care needs and routines.

The role and experience required

We are looking for someone who is secure, sensitive, reliable, and takes their job seriously. Our client loves going on outings, so for this position, we are seeking someone who can plan and prepare a fun daily life for him. This could involve packing a picnic basket and visiting Skansen, going to the Museum of Natural History, or engaging in other meaningful and fun activities. Experience with epilepsy is advantageous but not a requirement. Personal suitability takes precedence over formal education. We are looking for an assistant who is willing to work every other Sunday according to the schedule, as well as extra hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• Previous experience as a personal assistant.
• Fluent in Swedish.
• Experience with epilepsy.

Working hours and degree of employment

• Every other Sunday, approx. 6 hours.
• Extra hours as needed.

Salary and benefits

• Salary according to collective agreement (Fremia).
