AB OmsorgsCompagniet i Norden has been operating since 2003. We are currently established in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro, and Trollhättan. OmsorgsCompagniet i Norden provides personal assistance, relief care, escort services, supported housing, and supported living.

We are now looking for a personal assistant who wants to work on an as-needed basis for a client with physical and cognitive disabilities. The client lives in a terraced house on Ekerö and needs support with all daily activities as well as safe supervision during all waking hours.

We are looking for someone with previous experience working as a personal assistant or in similar professional fields. Experience in care and handling of ceiling lifts is advantageous and highly valued.

As a personal assistant, your duties will include:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Mobility using ceiling lifts (double staffing may occur)
• Support during meals
• Medication administration according to delegation
• Positioning in wheelchair and bed
• Supervision and safety in daily life
• Practical tasks in and around the home
• Support with activities depending on the client's energy and needs

We are looking for someone who is calm, reliable, and responsible. You are structured, patient, and thrive working both independently and in a team.

Therefore, it is our routine to always request a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (criminal record extract) for all individuals employed by the company. This means that upon hiring, we will request a certificate from you before you start working. The Police Authority's processing time can be up to two weeks – please order your certificate as soon as possible.
