About me:

I am an active 11-year-old girl living in Älvsjö with my family. I enjoy having things happening around me. In my spare time, I go swimming, participate in various forms of parasports, and take trips with my family. On weekdays, I am at school and have an assistant with me, so you will also assist me there.

About you:

You have a strong commitment, patience, and are perceptive. It is important to me that you are calm, secure, and able to interpret my signals. I appreciate that you take initiative, are creative, and flexible. Previous experience working with children with disabilities is an advantage, as is seeing this position as a long-term opportunity. Experience with tube feeding, gastrostomy button (G-tube), and feeding pumps is highly valued.

On-call duties:

This position includes an extended (and compensated) on-call duty. This means that during certain weeks, you must be reachable outside of regular working hours to either call in a substitute or step in yourself to provide assistance when needed. This is Assistans i Balans's way of ensuring that our clients always have a familiar assistant by their side. The on-call duty is shared among all assistants working according to a regular schedule.

The position:

The position is 75% with varied working hours, primarily days, evenings, and weekends on a rolling schedule. Awake nights may occur as the role involves stepping in extra during urgent vacancies.

• Valid ID
• Personal certificate (Personbevis)
• Documents proving the right to work in Sweden (if applicable)
