The Employment and Adult Education Administration is responsible for the municipality's labor market measures, daily activities, adult education, and issues related to higher education, such as vocational training and other post-secondary education. The Position and Responsibilities

We are now looking for a Development Leader who wants to contribute to strengthening the analysis culture and developing the quality of our operations.

In this role, you will work to promote quality by driving and coordinating development and quality issues. You will develop work with follow-ups, evaluations, and comparisons, as well as create conditions for improvement in the operations. You will report directly to the operations manager and be part of the management team.

Your main responsibilities:

• drive, coordinate, and support operational development and quality issues
• provide qualified support to the operations manager and unit managers
• conduct follow-ups, evaluations, and comparisons
• support the operations manager in developing and following up the operational plan
• perform environmental monitoring to ensure volume calculations.

As a Development Leader, you will represent daily operations in cross-departmental working groups. You will work closely with the operations manager and unit managers in quality and development work and contribute with initiatives and proposals on how the operations can be developed.

You Who Apply to Us

You have a degree in social work or another equivalent education that the employer deems relevant. You express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing, as the role involves developing operational plans and writing follow-ups.

Other Requirements:

• Experience with the legislation on support and service for certain disabilities (LSS).
• Experience in training employees and giving lectures.
• Experience in working with operational development.

We consider it meritorious to have:

• Experience in leadership roles.
• Experience working in daily operations as a Development Leader, Operations Manager, or Supervisor.
• Driver's license (B), as the position may involve travel within the municipality.

As a Development Leader, you are analytical and have the ability to see connections in complex issues, which is crucial in the work with follow-ups, evaluations, comparisons, and environmental monitoring. You are also structured and plan your work so that development and quality issues are driven methodically and followed up in a clear and systematic manner.

In this role, you are collaborative and enjoy working closely with the operations manager, unit managers, and cross-departmental working groups. Through dialogue, responsiveness, and clear contributions, you create conditions for joint development work. You are also solution-oriented and take the initiative for improvements when needs are identified, which ensures that quality and development work leads to concrete and implementable changes in the operations.
