Do you want to be part of a happy and stable assistant group with a nice woman in Aspudden?
We are looking for someone who wants to work on a schedule of about 30% as well as someone who wants to work as a substitute when needed.
I am a woman in my 60s who is ill with MS. I am now looking for reinforcement for my wonderful team of assistants. I use an electric wheelchair and have various aids (including a ceiling lift) in my home. The work as a personal assistant for me involves, among other things, helping me with daily chores, dressing, cooking, and personal hygiene.
Who are you?
I am looking for a Swedish-speaking woman who is social, proactive, and attentive. You are organized, meticulous, and professional. Your workplace is largely located in my home, and it is important that you understand what that entails.
It is appreciated that you take your own initiatives and come up with suggestions and ideas, both for activities and improvements in my home. You are a reliable and stable person who understands the responsibility that the job entails.
Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus but not a requirement.
About me
Cooking is a big interest of mine; I have previously worked as a chef and enjoy trying different dishes. I also engage in gardening and plants. I like animals, and it may happen that I have visits from dogs.
I am social and enjoy being active but can have worse days when I don't have as much energy. Therefore, it is important that you as an assistant can take your own initiatives and be attentive. My days vary, so flexibility and understanding are desirable.
The working hours are scheduled as follows:
09.00-09.00 (7 hours of waiting time overnight)
09.00-18.00
18.00-09.00 (7 hours of waiting time overnight)
It is important that you can work all the scheduled hours. Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start training immediately.

Employment degree: 1 position about 30%, 1 substitute
Start date: Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
