I now need a new assistant for my team, who can work approximately 50% during the day with a rotating schedule (and the possibility of extended hours during illness, travel, etc.)

You will work on a rotating three-week schedule as follows:

W 1 Monday 09-23

W 2 Monday 09-23 and Saturday 09-23

W 3 Monday 09-23 and Friday 09-17

I am an active female foot-painting artist living near Södra Station in Stockholm.

I have a CP disability and need assistance around the clock.

As my assistant, I need you for everything that involves using arms and hands. Sometimes you will also need to interpret my unclear speech. Therefore, you need to have very good Swedish.

I think, decide, and plan my life myself and have a strong sense of integrity.

Being my assistant is more like a service job. I do not need care and do not want you to take care of me.

When I am not painting, I try to be active by walking, exercising, going to concerts, and visiting family and friends outside of Stockholm. I also have a summer house in the archipelago that I visit as often as I can.

What is needed to apply for this position?

-You are a woman aged 30-55 who is attentive, positive, cheerful, and has similar interests to mine.

-You are calm and secure in yourself; you stand firmly with both feet on the ground.

-You have good physical fitness and balance since the transfers are done manually.

-You are not allergic to animals.

-A driver's license is a plus but not a requirement.

-You have a low-arousal approach.

Before you start working with me, you will shadow an experienced assistant for about 6-8 introductory shifts until we both feel secure.

Salary: Individual salary setting with pay per hour worked. OB and waiting time are compensated according to collective agreements (Almega)
