About the position

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant in Rimbo, just outside Norrtälje. We offer hourly employment as needed, as well as a 50% position primarily scheduled during daytime on weekdays.

The working hours are scheduled as follows on both weekdays and weekends:

• 08:00 AM - 02:30 PM

• 02:30 PM - 09:00 PM

• 09:00 PM - 08:00 AM (awake night)

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start training immediately.

About the client

Our client is a sports-interested man in his 60s living in Rimbo. He enjoys being at home and likes it when the home is clean and tidy, but also appreciates going out for walks. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has ALS.

The job responsibilities are as follows:

• Assist with daily routines such as household chores

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Support during transfers and training

Are you the one the client is looking for?

We are looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. You are an empathetic person and can easily put yourself in other people's life situations. Personal suitability is of great importance.

Requirements:

• Experience as a personal assistant or other caregiving experience

• Very good knowledge of Swedish

Merits:

• Experience with ALS

Employment level: 3 hourly substitutes as needed, 1 at 50%

Start date: Interviews are ongoing and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
