Do you want to work in a preschool where security, presence, and the best interests of the children are always at the center? Swan's Preschool is now looking for an engaged and attentive childcare worker who wants to work with our youngest children (1–3 years).

As a childcare worker with us, you are a vital part of the children's everyday life, where care, play, and learning go hand in hand. You work closely with the children and together with colleagues to create a safe, calm, and stimulating environment, tailored to the needs of the youngest children.

• Is a trained childcare worker or has equivalent experience

• Has a big heart for the youngest children and understands their need for security and attachment

• Is present, responsible, and collaborative

• Has a professional attitude and a warm approach towards children, colleagues, and guardians

• Ideally has experience working with early childhood education

• A safe and well-organized preschool with a clear structure

• A close and supportive leadership

• Colleagues who work together with joy, respect, and professionalism

• Opportunities to develop in your profession and be involved in educational processes

Swan's Preschool is a smaller preschool where relationships, quality, and the individual needs of the children are at the center. We work according to the curriculum with a focus on security, play, language, movement, and exploration, in close collaboration with guardians.
