Personal Assistant at Särnmark

Särnmark is one of Sweden's oldest companies in personal assistance, founded by the current owner in the early 1990s. We operate based on a clear and stated value foundation, and our main drive is to create the best conditions for individualized personal assistance based on each person's unique needs. Särnmark currently has over 3500 employees, and our customers and staff are located all over Sweden. Särnmark's headquarters is in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden. Särnmark Assistance is now looking for a person who wants to work in a part-time position of 80 percent until the autumn of 2026.

The customer is a lady who needs help with daily life. Everything from assisting with household chores, accompanying her on errands, and providing care. Your workplace is where the customer is located. The customer lives with her partner in an apartment in Bromma.

The position is a part-time job averaging 33 hours a week, i.e., 80 percent. Working hours are scheduled between 08:00-15:00 and 15:00-21:00. Sometimes there are also long shifts between 08:00-21:00 and awake night shifts (but not on a fixed schedule). You may also need to fill in when other colleagues are sick or on leave, which can apply to all times of the day.

To fit the role of an assistant, you need to be a person who likes order and structure. You should be able to take your own initiatives and enjoy doing activities, such as visiting a museum or similar. The job also includes helping with household tasks such as cooking. You also need to be able to speak and write Swedish fluently.

In your application, you should state your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a permanent residence permit in Sweden to be employed by Särnmark.
