We are now looking for a personal assistant for our wonderful 6-year-old boy living in Farsta!

Do you want to join us on the journey in a nearly new assignment with our lovely 6-year-old boy and his family consisting of mom, dad, and big sister? Our family has recently been granted personal assistance, which means you as an assistant will be involved almost from the start.

He is a playful and cheerful boy who needs a safe, curious, and stable person by his side.

As an assistant, you will be there to provide him with the support he needs, including play and fun. Our boy is wheelchair-bound and requires extensive support with everything from tube feeding, breathing assistance, to hygiene, and we therefore wish that you have previous experience as an assistant and have healthcare knowledge. A medical background is a plus but not a requirement. At the client's request, we are only looking for female employees. The family lives near Farsta centrum where there are good connections to public transport.

The most important ingredients for this assignment are commitment and responsiveness as every day looks different depending on the client’s condition.

To apply for the position, you must be at least 20 years old, preferably older, be able to provide a criminal record extract, and provide two close references.

Who are we looking for?

• You have knowledge of tube feeding, epilepsy, and breathing support
• You need to be physically fit as heavy lifting is involved
• You are at least 25 years old, responsive, and responsible.
• You are fond of children and patient.
• You are a calm and secure person
• You are smoke-free.
• You need to be able to speak fluent Swedish.

Working hours and employment rate

The shifts are scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays with varying times.

When do you start working with us?

The planned start is February 2026. But the most important thing is that we find the right person for the job, so please write in your application when you can start, and we can surely come to an agreement.
