Hello! We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in the daily life of a lovely girl with autism. The job involves being a safe, calm, and positive support a few evenings a month.

About the assignment:

The work involves being a support and companion for a young girl with autism. You will help her with her personal hygiene and provide support in her life. Our gem thrives best with calm, attentive, and positive individuals - someone who can create safety, has patience, and can meet her on her terms. During weekday evenings, she is often a bit tired after the day and enjoys doing crafts at home or watching cartoons.

• Working hours: 4 weekday evenings per month (2 Tuesdays and 2 Wednesdays from 16:15 to 22:00)
• Location: Central Stockholm.
• Start: By agreement

We are looking for someone who:

• Is calm, secure, and positive in nature
• Has the ability to adapt to the girl's needs and daily condition
• Ideally has experience working with individuals with autism, but this is not a requirement
• Has good empathy and is reliable
• Wants to get to know our girl and learn to interpret her wishes and needs through a few words and body language.
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
