Do you want to help create a unique LSS residence from the ground up, where innovative working methods and digital tools are in focus?
Leva LSS is now looking for dedicated support assistants for our newly renovated residence in Täby, Näsbypark center. Here, six individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism (target group 1 according to LSS) will live. The residence is centrally located, just 200 meters from Näsbypark center with good transportation links.
With us, you will be part of a newly started operation with a clear value foundation. We work with autonomy-supporting pedagogy, low-affect approach, and the PERMA model as our foundation – and offer internal training in these methods.
Our vision is to create a home where each individual experiences participation, influence, and self-determination, while health-promoting lifestyle and physical activity are a natural part of everyday life.
As part of our focus on innovation, we will implement digital tools such as Boet and AI-based scheduling, to support both users and staff in daily life.
