You are a young, social, and confident girl. You enjoy working with young people, are stimulating and responsible. As this girl is eager to develop, we wish for you to have an interest in pedagogy and training through play. The girl is cheerful, social, and has a lovely personality with a great interest in singing and music. Therefore, we are looking for a like-minded, outgoing, happy, and lively person.

Experience working with children and/or in care is an advantage. You are also engaged, inventive, independent, and have good initiative. Structure, order, and tidiness are other valuable qualities that will come in handy in this job.

It is very important that you take responsibility and are proactive. Heavy lifting is involved. Experience with similar tasks is an advantage but not a requirement. We would like you to work with us in the long term. We are looking for a female personal assistant to join a team of several assistants to work with a cheerful and playful 23-year-old girl with disabilities.

Your tasks will include helping her home from daily activities, evening routines, medication, transfers, training, etc., but above all, providing playful and developmental moments. Working hours are scheduled for weekdays from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Additionally, weekend work with varying hours and occasional nights will be required.

This position requires fluent Swedish as the girl has difficulty communicating otherwise.

As the residence is located in Smedslätten, Bromma, it may be an advantage if you live nearby. Since the family also spends part of the summer on Gotland, there is an opportunity to accompany them to the summer house. Employment will be based on an agreed schedule with the earliest possible start. We offer introduction and training.
