Personal Assistant Wanted

We are looking for secure and experienced female personal assistants, preferably aged 35–50, for a brand new assistance assignment with a woman living in Värmdö with her husband. The assignment starts after the new year.

The client has significant support needs and requires assistance with everything related to her personal care as well as household tasks. Since the client has impaired communication, it is a requirement that you speak and write Swedish fluently, in order to interpret the client and assist in her communication. Together with the client/husband, you will build a safe, stable, and long-term assistance.

About the position:

• Support in all personal care
• Help with household chores and daily routines
• You enjoy cooking - which is a major interest for the client
• Assistance with training and physical activity
• You must like and tolerate animals – no fur allergies
• One evening/night shift per week - on-call duty included in the work shift
• The work is performed in the client's home and where the client is located.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in personal assistance or work in healthcare/social care
• Is calm, secure, empathetic, and professional
• Can easily build trust and create good relationships
• Is responsible, attentive, and can work independently
• Speaks and writes very good Swedish
• Is a non-smoker

We are also looking for a team leader who takes on greater responsibility within the group, including certain scheduling issues.
