We are looking for a housing supporter for a 100% position starting immediately in January.

Are you eager to work with something new and seeking new challenges, while avoiding heavy lifting and personal hygiene tasks?

Working hours vary Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 8 PM on weekdays. You must be available to work within this time frame.

We are seeking several housing supporters within social psychiatry who can start immediately on a 50-100% basis.

We work in our clients' homes and have agreements with the city of Stockholm, so the workplace varies across different municipal administrations belonging to Stockholm. Housing support is an intervention according to the Social Services Act.

Job Responsibilities:

Working as a housing supporter means supporting, motivating, and assisting based on the individual's needs so that they can live as independently as possible. The support is provided in or outside the home depending on the approved interventions.

The tasks are varied, and as a housing supporter, you must be flexible and able to switch working methods throughout the day, depending on which client you meet.

Common tasks include providing support to clients during interactions with authorities and medical contacts, as well as assisting with everyday situations such as cooking, cleaning, planning and structuring, shopping, errands, technical issues, and financial matters.

EDUCATION IS A REQUIREMENT! We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant, have completed the care and nursing program, or have equivalent education deemed comparable by the employer.

It is not enough to have good knowledge of the Swedish language. You must have advanced skills in both spoken and written Swedish as we work extensively with authority contacts and collaboration with other actors.
