Prima LSS Omtanke AB is a small care company that operates five units, Södermalm's group and service housing, as well as a daily activity. Our ambition is to offer a service of the highest quality where the needs and wishes of the users are always in focus. The operation has received Stockholm City's quality award on three occasions. At Prima LSS, we strive to constantly improve and thus set high demands on our employees.

Södermalm's group and service housing, unit Knallen, is a group home according to the Act on Support and Service (LSS), aimed at deaf users and conducted in a sign language environment.

Job Responsibilities

The position is a waking night shift. The job responsibilities include providing users with support, service, and good care based on each individual's needs and wishes in their own home. The goal is for users to experience quality of life by being given the opportunity to own their lives and live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, and flexible with good self-awareness and the ability to collaborate as well as work independently. You need to have a commitment to your work and possess good knowledge of disabilities. Together with other staff, you will actively contribute to the continued quality development of the operation. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

For employment as a support assistant, adequate upper secondary education is required, such as basic education in health and care, child and leisure, educational or social work. Good knowledge of sign language and written Swedish is required. Experience of working in similar operations.

We apply a six-month probationary period.
