We are looking for someone with experience working as a personnel and customer manager in the service and care sector.

The role means that you will be the primary contact person for customers and staff groups.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relations
• Recruit employees and be responsible for scheduling and staffing
• Responsible for on-call phone during certain weeks
• Oversee customer decisions and documentation
• Participate in the sales organization
• Participate in and lead health and safety work
• Lead APT meetings
• Contact various authorities
• Administrative tasks

It is highly meritorious if you have experience as a coordinator/customer manager in personal assistance.

A driver's license is required.

Your workplace will be at our office in Bengtsfors.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the entire recruitment period has ended.
