We are currently looking for a Family Therapist/Network Leader for the Family Team in Sundbyberg City.

We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and committed family therapist to join our team in the open care sector in Sundbyberg City. The position combines network work and family therapy.
This is a role for you who believes in the power of relationships and sustainable change processes. We have a genuine focus on children, youth, and their families, and we are looking for someone who, like us, wants to contribute to real change.
About us
The open care for children and youth in Sundbyberg operates on behalf of the child and youth units to provide qualified support to children, youth, and families through high-quality interventions based on evidence, participation, and a holistic perspective.
The team currently consists of fourteen family therapists and a group leader. All treatment work is based on a systems-theoretical perspective that emphasizes the interaction between the individual, family, and network.
For several years now, we in Sundbyberg have invested in providing both therapists and investigating social workers and managers with training in basic systems theory/family therapy.
Your role
As a Family Therapist and Network Meeting Leader with us, you will work closely with children, youth, and parents who need support in their daily lives to change dysfunctional interaction patterns.
The assignment involves:
- Leading network work and strengthening families' natural support structures
- Conducting structured treatment interventions for families with varying issues
- Collaborating with schools, child and adolescent psychiatry, social services, and other key actors around the child
- Participating in method development and the team's collective learning
- Contributing to the continued development of open care methods in line with current research
- Spreading knowledge internally about what network work entails

Requirements
- Degree in social work or another equivalent relevant university degree
- Further education in systems theory (equivalent to Step-1 in psychotherapy)
- Experience in network work and family therapy or open care work with children, youth, and their families.
- Ability to work in a structured, reflective manner with a focus on change
Meritorious
- Training in network work
- Skills and experience in working with families where violence has occurred
- Skills and experience in working with families in their home environment
- Knowledge of how to meet separated parents in high conflict

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement.
