About the job
Working as a substitute means that you replace a regular educator for a shorter or longer period. Together with regular educators, you help create a safe and stimulating environment, participate in play and learning activities, and support students in the classroom and during breaks. As an employee with us, you will be offered assignments that match your choices and competencies when you are available to work. About you
We are looking for someone who is motivated to contribute to children's and young people's opportunities to learn, develop, and feel secure. You are flexible and enjoy varied tasks in an environment where every day is unique.

You are a trained childcare worker or have knowledge from equivalent work.

Your ability to collaborate and work in a team is a key to success in the role of a substitute, while you can also take responsibility and work independently to lead and plan activities.

You have previous experience working with children in educational activities and have references from previous positions.
