Prima LSS Omtanke is a smaller care company that operates Södermalm's group and service housing as well as Teckentullen's daily activities. Our ambition is to offer a service of the highest quality where the needs and wishes of the users are always in focus. We therefore set high demands on our employees.

We are now looking for a new colleague for Södermalm's group and service housing, unit Knallen.

Knallen is a group home according to the Act on Support and Service (LSS), aimed at deaf users and conducted in a sign language environment. There are five apartments in the residence.

Job Responsibilities

The job responsibilities include providing users with support, service, and good care based on each individual's needs and wishes in daily life. The goal is for users to experience quality of life by having the conditions to own their lives and live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, and flexible with good self-awareness and the ability to collaborate as well as work independently. You need to have a commitment to the target group and good knowledge of disabilities. Together with other staff, you will actively contribute to the continued quality development of the service. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

For a position as a support assistant, an appropriate high school education is required, such as basic training in health and care, children and leisure, educational or social work. Good knowledge of sign language and written Swedish is required. Experience in similar work is an advantage.

Working hours can be discussed.

Irregular scheduled working hours, daytime, evening, and work every other weekend.

We apply a six-month probationary period.
