We are looking for a dedicated substitute teacher for our preschools in Stockholm. We are looking for someone who wants to engage with all students and inspire them to continue exploring and learning.

Job Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher, you will be responsible for professionally leading the educational work within your team and at the preschool as a whole. You will be actively participating and present in the education and in collegial contexts.

As part of your role, you are expected to:

• be well-versed in the preschool curriculum to implement its principles in daily operations have good experience in systematic quality work aimed at helping children reach their full potential in both development and learning base your work on the unit's goals and needs in accordance with Edukatus Alliance's educational concept and values contribute to a positive work climate and a good working environment engage wholeheartedly in the children's perspectives, development, and learning.

• The position involves being responsible for and leading the educational work towards set goals, both within your team and in collaboration with other preschool teachers at the preschool. The goal is to continually strive for increased quality and equity.

• You are expected to lead the team and the preschool forward through open and unpretentious dialogue, with the children's needs at the center.

Qualifications

Experience as a preschool teacher is an advantage, but we also welcome newly graduated preschool teachers to apply. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, and you need to feel comfortable working socially with children and have a lot of patience. It is important that you are secure and stable in yourself, flexible, and possess good social skills. Initiative, a sense of responsibility, and relationship-building are also important qualities for a substitute at our school.
