Bergaskolan is a school with approximately 330 students from preschool class (F-class) up to grade 6, centrally located in Kungsängen. The school is environmentally certified, and our philosophy of nature and health permeates the operations. We are now looking for a driven and committed student health responsible special teacher/special educator who will be part of the school's student health team together with other professionals in student health.

As the student health responsible, you will drive the systematic work for student health and be responsible for holding student health meetings. You will work to refine and develop existing routines and drive the development processes of the student health team.

Job Description

Your tasks include overall responsibility for the processes and systematic work of student health. You will work both at a strategic level coordinating the work of student health and at an operational level with daily teaching of students.

You will be responsible for systematizing:

• The special support at the school
• Transfers and follow-ups during transitions between grades and other school activities
• The work with pedagogical mappings and action programs
• Overall routines for student health
• The development work of student health

As a special teacher, you will be responsible for the special support for students in grades 4-6, guide and provide support in special educational issues, and be responsible for the systematic work with pedagogical mappings and action programs. Your tasks will also include contact with guardians, other authorities, and institutions.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Special teacher education or special educator education.
• Experience working in student health's administrative systems.
• Experience working with systematic student health work.
• Previously worked on the development of student health.
