We are looking for someone to teach part-time as a rhythm and dance educator for small children.

We have a preparatory program primarily aimed at children aged 3-5 years, to help them develop their motor skills, coordination, sense of rhythm, dance, singing, playing maracas, drums, triangle, and similar simple instruments, as well as to experience joy in music and movement.

This study is designed so that over time they can continue with dance or move on to instrumental studies or singing when they are 6 years and older.

We already have an educator leading this activity with us, but her schedule is becoming full, so we are looking for a rhythm and dance educator who can collaborate and support her and work during the day and evenings on weekdays and weekends.

We are also reaching out to preschools in Stockholm and nearby suburbs to present our preschool program to the children on-site. Therefore, it is important that you also have time 1-2 days a week, during the day, on weekdays, to help present our program in the preschools. You will be compensated for your presentations.

It is also an advantage if you can teach children and adults in any instrument or singing, such as piano and/or guitar. This could lead to more teaching hours and help cover the growing need for teachers primarily in singing, piano, and guitar. This is not a requirement but a bonus in your application.

Even if you can only teach beginners in these instruments and singing, it is still a big plus, as most who seek lessons are just starting from scratch.

You will invoice us for your worked hours. Compensation according to agreement.

Teaching takes place in the city at Sigtunagatan 12, in Stockholm, in our dance and rhythm room.
