About the assignment

Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have agreements with Nacka Municipality to support with dedicated substitutes for their municipal primary schools and high schools.

Your tasks

As a leisure substitute, you will replace the school's regular staff during absences, often of an urgent nature and for shorter vacancies. You need to be prepared to be booked for work at short notice, often the same morning.

Your qualifications

• Completed high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children and young people, for example as a tutor, sports coach, camp leader, or similar.
• You should be able to work at least two weekdays per week and be comfortable being booked for shifts the same morning.

To fit the role of a leisure substitute, you are a clear leader but also a good team player and a positive role model. You also have a strong commitment to working with children and young people.

If you are a qualified teacher, studying to become a teacher, or have teaching experience, this is an advantage.
