About the assignment

Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We have agreements with Sigtuna municipality to support with dedicated substitutes for their municipal primary schools and high schools.

Your tasks

As a substitute teacher, you replace the school's regular staff during absences, often of an urgent nature and for shorter vacancies. You need to be prepared to be booked for work at short notice, often the same morning. You are responsible for and lead the teaching in accordance with the planning provided by the regular teacher.

Your qualifications

• Ongoing teacher training or other subject education at a university or college, or at least 3 years of experience from a corresponding field.
• You should be able to work at least two weekdays per week and be comfortable being booked for shifts the same morning.

To fit the role of a substitute teacher, you are a clear leader but also a good team player and a positive role model. You also have a passionate commitment to working with children and young people. A B driver's license is an advantage.
