Adult education is a unit with study and career counselors, an administrator, an educational coordinator, and a principal. All adult education with us is through authorization or IKE. Job Description

As a study and career counselor at Komvux, you play an important role for our citizens in their need to navigate their educational journey and career. In this role, you will work with individual guidance, study planning, and follow-up, as well as collaboration with educational providers and colleagues within the unit, to ensure good service and quality in adult education.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a degree as a study and career counselor and work experience in study and career guidance within adult education/Komvux or other work experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and are accustomed to working digitally in administrative systems.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is secure and stable in their professional role and who enjoys meeting people. You have a service-oriented and professional approach, good communication skills, and can adapt guidance according to the individual's needs and circumstances.

You have the ability to work in a structured and independent manner, while also appreciating collaboration and actively contributing to a positive work climate.
