Preschool Humlan is a cozy parent cooperative located in a quiet area about a 10-minute walk from Sollentuna center. Humlan is a small-scale preschool. We prioritize the children's safety and development. Here, each child is given the space to develop at their own pace and according to their own needs.

The position is 100% and we are looking for a licensed preschool teacher.

In your role as a preschool teacher, you will lead our department Nyckelpigan with the younger group of children. We appreciate a clear child perspective and a passion for pedagogical work in a group of children. We value creativity, the ability to engage with children's thoughts, and place great importance on your personality. We are looking for someone who is responsible, proactive, and has good collaboration skills.

In your position, you will, together with your colleagues, lead the pedagogical work and be responsible for the development of the operations in accordance with the existing goals and guidelines.

We Offer

In a wooden villa with white corners in Hästhagen in Tureberg lies Preschool Humlan, which has been a well-functioning parent cooperative since 1986. The preschool is led by a principal who also works closely with the operations as a preschool teacher, made possible by the engaged parents who participate in administration, board work, ongoing maintenance of the property and yard, etc. The preschool consists of two departments with children aged 1–6 years, totaling about 30 children.

At Humlan, you will become part of a friendly and committed team that constantly develops methods to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children.

More About the Position

This position is a permanent full-time position. A collective agreement is in place. The start date for the position is intended for March.

As a cooperative, parental collaboration is particularly important as parents are involved in the preschool and the children's daily lives through various contributions to the operations and board work - all to ensure the preschool runs smoothly and the children's stay is as rewarding as possible.
