Every spring and autumn, Stockholm University assists UHR in conducting the higher education entrance exam in the Stockholm region. The purpose of the exam is to measure knowledge and skills that are important for the ability to succeed in higher education.

We are now looking for staff to work on the exam day. The work takes place at several different exam locations around the Stockholm region. See information about current positions below.

The Exam Supervisor leads the exam in an exam room and is responsible for ensuring that the exam is conducted correctly and that regulations are followed. Duties include providing candidates with clear and accurate information, guiding candidates through the various stages of the exam, conducting identity checks, handling exam materials according to instructions, and supervising.

The Assistant assists the supervisor in an exam room with several writing groups. Duties include distributing and collecting exam materials, conducting identity checks, and supervising.

Qualifications

Requirements

• You must have an academic degree or experience deemed equivalent by the employer.

• You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• You must have previous experience of independent work.

Meritorious

• Current or previous work at a university or college.

• Current or previous work in the public sector.

• Experience and familiarity with pedagogical work within schools/educational institutions.

• Experience and comfort speaking in front of a group.

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, structured, resilient under stress, and cooperative. You follow instructions and familiarize yourself with rules and routines.

The work requires a high level of commitment, and we will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment conditions

Before the work assignment, you need to carefully read through a job description and complete a digital training.

The working hours for supervisors and assistants are from 07:15 to 17:00 (9 hours). The hourly wage is 319.20 SEK for supervisors and 229.60 SEK for assistants (including vacation pay). Lunch is unpaid, and travel compensation is not provided.
